Just use your egg slicer!! Now, how many of you peeps already knew this and were holding out on me!?! LOL!! :o)
And, what a great way for little ones to help out in the kitchen without getting cut! Not to mention it's more economical to slice things yourself than buy the ready sliced products in your grocery store!!

This works well, but the slicer's wires will stretch out faster using it for "tougher" items other than eggs. When they stretch, eventually they will not stay in their slots and not cut eggs very well. I actually had to throw a couple of them out and buy new ones - one is now labeled "EGGS ONLY!"
