I painted some picture frames today to try out the color combo that I want to do on my BIG wall unit. I sprayed espresso first two coats I think, then sprayed on three coats I think of the heritage white. i should of taken before and after pics, but didn't think of it till they were white. I just need to finish rubbing them when they are more dry. Here are the pics of them white. After I rub them, I'll take after pics and post them.

your frames are looking great! so when you say you are going to rub them what exactly do you mean? with bri wax or sanding? or somthing else entirely, lol

I'll lightly rub fine grit sand paper over some of the edges to get the espresso paint to show thru, but I don't want to take too much off because then I'd be back down to raw wood showing thru. It's been lots of fun!!

cool, that's how I do it too is with the sandpaper, just wasn't sure what you meant for sure. thanks for telling me, can't wait to see them finished
