My husband was born in Jessieville, Arkansas, and we went back there in the early '80s. I thought it was beautiful country. Not as mountainous as the Pacific Northwest, but at least they have trees and pretty rivers.

I am in Lincoln California, about 30 miles North of Sacramento and 11 miles away from SusieScrapper. I have lived in Lincoln my whole life as well as 4 generations of my family. It used to be a small town, about 3,000 in 1985 but now I think we are considered a city of 40,000. YIKES!

Hello everyone!! I am living in Dwight, Ontario Canada which is located in Muskoka (cottage country). It is beautiful here and we haved lived here since 1997. My hometown is Richmond Hill, Ontario.

Right now the Muskoka Air force is becoming strong and for those of you who don't know who they are, they are MOSQUITOES!!! The black flies are pretty bad right now too but hopefully the hot weather will take care of them.

I hope so, because I was feeling pretty creative!  With summer well on its way, I’m getting into the fresh food groove and inspired to try some quick, simple recipes. The bright hues of the vegies reminded me of a garden party, which in turn made me remember I need to sew a few summer table [...]
