I don't know if some paper company already makes this (I've kinda been outta the scrapbook loop for a few or more years now), but I was just thinking about quilting and scrapbooking and how you could combine the two and cut your paper how you would to quilt and then sew your squares, triangles, etc. into your quilt blocks and make a paper quilted looking page.
I know some paper companies already have pages with stitching on them, but do they make quilted or should I say pieced together looking pages?

That could be cool :o)

I have a book that gives patterns for quilted-look pages. I'm not sure how many pre-printed pages are out there.
I've done my own pages based on quilt patterns, too.
I see lots of fabric that I would love to use as scrapbook paper and paper that would make great fabric! I would love to have a 12x12 printer to use to copy pieces of fabric.

Paper is just so versatile. Did you notice the cover of my book in the display photo, my aunt was going to make it into a quilt. The other twist is to turn your simple scrapbook pages into quilts. Photos come out pretty good on fabric and what a family heirloom that makes. I've put a couple of photos of applique squares and a card I've made, I think I might finish the paper quilt I started ages ago, you have reminded me about it with your discussion. Thanks :-)

I have a baby blanket and square pillow that someone made my son when he was little that has pictures of him on them. I had forgotten all about them, I think they are at my in-laws.
