Afternoon Wine Cooler anyone?
Ingredients
1/2 cup cranberry juice (sweetened)
1/2 cup Fresca soda (diet, Sprite or 7-Up work too)
1/2 cup white wine (I use Riesling)
Directions
Combine all ingredients, find yourself a very tall glass, enjoy & then have another!

Oh my heck!!! YUM!!! :0) I'm so making these! I can only drink wine---hard alcohol and I just don't mix, so these would be a fresh change of pace!

I am prepping for my online classes...I have at least one class running each month. so I work at least one month ahead or more. I want to re-do my website, too..but that could take FOREVER!!! I was also asked (through the head gal at the teaching site) to take on a specific responsibility of the site...need to make a schedule of our teachers for a few online chats coming up. Students can chat with our teachers to get to know them and ask questions about their classes...that's how I met Tee...at our Grand Opening celebration...one of our many chats...then she took one of my classes...that Valentine book...OK..I am long-winded....back to work...

OK, so it is 4:29pm EST and I am having one of these drinks...used cran-raz, sprite, and white Zin...I adjusted it and gave myself a little more white Zin!!! Gotta be happy when you are working! :D
