Substitute for Self-Rising Flour

Quick question--does anyone know what I can do to substitute self rising flour in a recipe? I'm making my homemade chicken and noodles

and am going to substitute the All Purpose Flour for a wheat and gluten free version, but need to know how to sub out the self-rising one.

Permalink Reply by Tania on April 8, 2008 at 3:41pm: Hey Jen....for every cup of self rising flour you need use 1 cup of all purpose, 1.5 tsp of baking POWDER and 1/2 tsp of salt.
