So what is everyone making for dinner tonight?
I'm making Beef Parmesan. My own take on Chicken Parmesan. We buy 1/2 beef every year from Neal's folks so I have to get creative sometimes. Plus Neal hates chicken for the most part and I can take it or leave it.

DH and i are having "Find it~Fix it" night! :0) I'll probably make myself a homemade pizza since I just found a good gluten free pizza crust~~~OR I think I'll make a grilled cheese sandwich since I also found a great bread! Yummy!!

Right on! Have you had a chance (in all your spare time) to check out recipezaar? They actually have TONS of gluten free recipes on there.....I see them all the time.

Awesome huh? I LOVE all the info I can get there on just about ANYTHING related to cooking. LOVE IT LOVE IT! I'm there now also....have to find a more creative way to use up ripe bananas other than banana bread. :-) Have fun!

I have been CRAVING lasagna! Yum! Ok....curiosity is getting the best of me....WHAT exactly do you put in lasagna that will make all the kids (you and Kam included) eat it? And BTW....we did Arby's last night....so who am I to talk about Taco Bell? hehe!

seriously - it has almost no ingredients...meat(and salt and pepper), tomato sauce, noodles and cheese...that's it. :)
