I clip coupons for craft shopping and food shopping. For food I do costco with a friend.
also lose weight and see that yoru old clothes are a new bargain. water is cheaper and healthier than soda.

If you know Fridays are always exhausting at work, and you'll be too tired too cook, make sure you have something in the freezer that's easy to fix--so you won't be tempted to blow your budget on a restaurant meal.
