Love this group! I'm one of those who carries a camera EVERYWHERE! I take pictures of anything and everything and love to learning new things. This is going to be fun. :)

I've had a camera in my hand ever since my first camera, a Kodak Brownie, which I still have. Okay, I'm dating myself a bit. Love taking photos and look forward to being a member of this group.

I love taking pictures. I am still learning all features of my 35mm Canon Rebel. I look forward to being part of this group.

These gates are at the Brooklyn Botanic Gardens..they are about 100 years old. We went for the CherryBlossom Festival..the pics I got were AMAZING.. I should upload a few. I just loved the wrought iron gates and the craftsmanship involved in making them. :o)

Well, I was going to post a picture of myself...but...I have a photo that I took of a portrait of my daughter's great grandmother. It's a big picture that is way too big to scan I didn't want to give it up to have a copy made. (Besides, that costs a fortune!) So I tried taking a photo of it. I'll post both the picture and the layout I made from it!

I just got a Canon Digital Rebel XTi and a new 50 mm lens, so I'm looking forward to playing here - I just need to learn more about my new camera LOL!
