Sewing is another hobby of mine. I haven't done too much lately, but I plan to. I need to replace a zipper in a favorite robe of mine.

Paige, I think a challenge would be fun! My DH would love for me to get my Husky out more often. You probably had better start with a pants patching one though. ;)

too cute - yep I sew but usually just a halloween. Right now I'm teaching my girl scouts to sew. We're making blankets for kitties at our local shelter/rescue. If anyone is local we're taking donations of old comforters to cut up and make into blankets.

I have a great new machine, I cant sew, only can hem pants for my boys. Mostly I was excited about using it on my pages.

I started sewing when I was 9---did the 4-H thing. Man were they picky, but it taught me alot. In high school, I sewed my self something once a week. Then went to college and have hardly sewn since. But it has come in handy altering things for my DDs dance costumes!!

I'm so excited that this group was started. I used to sew with my Mom, over 20 years ago. We made cloth and Home decor and all kinds of fun stuff. I have not sat at my machine for at least 15 years.
I have been meaning to get back into it and relearn.

I used to sew a lot more, mostly quilting, but then I got bitten by the scrapbooking bug. One of these days I'll get caught up enough and clean off my desk enough that I can sew again :)

I used to sew--a LOT--but lately I've been letting dust build up on my machine.
