My passion is cardmaking, and teaching others to use all of the supplies that I have in my studio. I am beginning to start presenting information from Studio Bee, and it is oh, so much fun!
My favorite hobbies are using my Cricut Expressions and Cuttlebug for Cards, Scrapbooking and Vinyl WallWords. I'm learning to BLOG, and have started bettybrett.blogspot.com to show some of my creations. I also love family history, reading, boating and learning to fish.,,,,,,,,,,,,,and I'm always open to new ideas :-)
What would your friends be most surprised to learn about you?
My friends would hardly be surprised to learn anything about me because I am very open, and they know that what you see is what you get. I love people, am a happy soul, and generally love life.
What goal do you want to accomplish in the next 12 months?
In the next year I would LOVE to get a lot of photographs into albums and get the stories told! Every picture tells a story...if not, we wouldn't take it. I have boxes of photos that are waiting to be scrapbooked. I would also like to teach classes at a scrapbook store.
How did you hear about Cr8tv?
From Robbie on the Cricut mb, who invited us to join here :-)
Girlz, I'm having a ball here, AND I want to invite you to come over and see what's happening at Scrapfriendzy! This is a website for cards makerz and scrapperz. There are daily challengez and some great tutorialz. Scrapfriendzy.freeforums.org Come on and share!
I Aunt Betty, the quilt for Ashley turned out really good. Starting to put Kelly's together. Taught a class on Wed. I made Mother's Day cards and Graduation card with the circuit last week. They turned out okay. I could have probably done better if I hadn't waited to the last minute. Glad to be here, got to learn my way around.
Ugh! It's 2:30 in the morning, and the dental work is yucky! I slept for a while, but the medicine is making my tummy sick, so I'll sit up with you gals for a while. Thank goodness I'm not teaching school tomorrow.
Ah Betty!! Dental work is the WORST! Get better soon and heck, if the pain doesn't subside, just pop ur pain killers with a shot or a glass of wine! LOL :-)
Hey Betty! Welcome aboard! This is such a great group of people..you will love it here. I have to check out those vinyl letterings too..I just bought a new house and I have picked out quotes to put in almost every room. Crazy, I know...but my favorite is the one for the library
“Be he a king or a peasant, he is happiest who finds peace at home.”
Do you think it's asking too much? Just to have a little peace? Can't wait to see your stuff! and WELCOME!!!!!
I saw your thread just this morning but I haven't looked at it yet. I was at my DH's office working on some stuff for him. I'll check it out in a few. :)
