Hangin' Out With My Dogs

I was feeling pretty crafty yesterday when I rigged up this invention. I have two mini daschunds and they are completely neurotic when it comes to getting their nails clipped. By the time I've got it done I'm a mess and they don't want anything to do with me for at least a week. I came up with the idea of hanging them up so that my arms would be free to deal with the clipping. I have to say it works better than I expected and was really easy to make! I just used an inexpensive vinyl tote and I cut a hole in the side for their head and two holes in the bottom for front and back legs. If you have a little dog that's picky about having their feet messed with this is the way to go! This setup has the added advantage of having a handy zipped pocket to hold the clippers and anything else I might need on hand! My daughter couldn't help laughing the whole time, so I thought I'd share with the girlies on here...

REmember I bought my Mom a webcam from Costco before she moved to Texas? WEll, she still hasn't hooked it up and even though she lives in tri-cities now, we still don't see each other that often. I've been trying to get her to hook it up and get either skype or AIM. I can web chat with AIM too. So, which are you gonna get?!? ;o)
