I posted a new video to my blog this morning. I really LOVE the song on the video. Check out Regina Spektor if you get a chance. She sings the closing song on the new Prince Caspian movie that I just saw on Friday night. Beautiful!!!

I start with wheat kernals and grind them in my wheat grinder, then I throw everything in my Bosche and mix, kneed it, put it in bread pans to rise, then bake. They are pretty yummy!!

Ok...so when you say you make your own bread from scratch...are you using a bread machine or really kneading it out and the hole schbang? I just bought my first bread machine and am going to try making my own gluten free bread this weekend...I was too scared to try to have it rise and such on my own...but, I DO make my own noodles/dumplings for my old family Chicken & Noodles recipe...
