Ok...so when you say you make your own bread from scratch...are you using a bread machine or really kneading it out and the hole schbang? I just bought my first bread machine and am going to try making my own gluten free bread this weekend...I was too scared to try to have it rise and such on my own...but, I DO make my own noodles/dumplings for my old family Chicken & Noodles recipe...
