I need to put this on my regular blog too, so my other pals can appreciate why I've been such a spaz lately :)
The to do list I have been working off of:
1. Make gear album (no due date, have had this for MONTHS and should have finished it a long time ago. I'm supposed to teach it as a class)
2. EBB kit DT projects due this week (finished those today)
3. Scrap City DT projects were due the 5th. (got those done last weekend.)
4. Fall celebrating projects for Xyron. Needed a set of five things that were originally due two weeks ago, but are now due next week. They are also now a set of 7 things, and I need to make 6 place settings worth.
5. One project with instructions using specific product was due about a week after I got the goods. I also had to type an instruction sheet and got it done on time.
6. Minimum of 3 other projects with instructions were due yesterday, and also had to use specific product. It was springy paper and stuff. I had to try to make it look fall or Christmasy :) Somehow managed to get those done on time.
7. 4x6 mini album with 10 page protectors due with the previous four projects, had to do inside and out and type directions. Again, surprisingly on time.
8. Should have designed and invited people to a class at my house this month as well. OOPS. Guess I'll take a break this month.
9. Need to design a class to teach for July, and another class to teach for August at the LSS around the corner from my house. Um, yeah. We'll have to see if I can pull that together. I do have product and ideas for one class at least.
10. List acrylic album kits on Etsy.
11. Make up more family word album kits, then list them on Etsy. (these books take forever to put together. I cut EVERYTHING out to make it easier and to conserve paper)
12. Make kits from other past classes and list them to sell on Etsy.
13. Put together submission for Scrapbooker of the Year entry. Yeah...not so much.
14. Put together submission to try out for Memory Makers Masters. Hopefully...
15. Just found out that Hambly is having a DT tryout. I don't have a chance in high holy heck of making it, but I still want to try. I love Hambly. If you could marry a package of rub ons, I might get hitched to some of theirs.
16. Jewish-Scrapbooking.com DT projects due June 16.
17. Monthly newsletter layout submissions due to IRW by the 15th. I try to do this every month because if I get chosen, it's another way to keep my name in front of my customers that read the newsletter I send them.
18. Need to design some projects for some Xyron videos I'm gonna get to tape in July when BK is in town. Yay!! This one will take a little brainstorming. Gues I should bring my notebook to bed with me so I can draw out some ideas.
19. Submit. Seriously. Get my shiznit together and submit to SOMETHING FOR THE LOVE OF YOU KNOW WHO!! I have never been pubbed once and I know it would make my resume look a lot better if I had.
20. Need to do the in and outsides of 3 mini albums for Glue Arts. I think those are due next month and I don't have to type up directions. Hallelujah!
21. Had to design two Father's Day projects (which were already in the newsletter, super exciting!) for Glue Arts. Got those done on time, but the instruction sheets were a day late. Somebody kick me.
22. Still need to design two Patriotic projects for Glue Arts. Started on one today and realized that it was a bad idea. Back to the drawing board. SIGH.
23. For real, I've lost track now. Let's talk about other, non-scrappy things I have been dealing with.

This last week I have felt AWFUL. I can barely keep my eyes open, and have resorted to taking a couple of naps this week. This is way worse than I usually feel (which is still pretty crappy). I have got to call the Doc and go in to get my meds adjusted. Praying that she'll raise my thyroid dose. I am going to scratch all my skin right off, it's so dry.
I am trying to get the jewelry thing going. I have lowered myself to ordering my friends and relatives to have parties for me :) Don't worry, I bribe them. I know that once I start having parties it will be easier to keep some momentum going. I have been going to meetings, and even went to a leadership meeting the other night. Yeah, I only have one downline so far, but if they'll forward leads to me, I will sure as heck take 'em!
My house is slightly less trashed than usual. I am trying to make it better. It helps that sometimes I am so overwhelmed with other things that I use housework as an excuse to put off doing them. :) Actually, I just need a break from trying to be creative sometimes. I have always wanted to be an "artist" but have never felt like I was creative enough to be one, so it can be hard for me to feel like I am coming up with enough good ideas.
Also, as part of some online DTs, I have to participate in the boards. I really do try to keep up with that as well, and it keeps me busy for a good part of the day every day.
I think Tucker must not be feeling well, or might be getting more teeth because that kid is clingy like nobody's business!
Oy. I have just spent wayyy to much time doing this :) Back to work for the spaz!!

Wow, don't you belong to enough DTs?? lol. You are one crazy lady. I would agree to marry HAmbly rub ons but I would be a mistress to their transparancies! lol. Thanks for letting me know though, because, I just might try out. Can you give me some more info? By the way, good luck!!

holy cow, you are extremely busy, I would be off my rocker with that much to get done (oh wait, I'm already off my rocker lol) soundly like you are a true artist and very creative

You are just as, if not more, busy than I am missy! Plus you manage to fit exercising into your schedule somehow!

Is Potato Leek Soup Crafty?

I hope so, because I was feeling pretty creative!  With summer well on its way, I’m getting into the fresh food groove and inspired to try some quick, simple recipes. The bright hues of the vegies reminded me of a garden party, which in turn made me remember I need to sew a few summer table [...]
